- Level 3: God Mode – Kratos grows to giant size and dons the Armor of Ares, completely changing his moveset.

Trained for combat at an early age, Raiden is a former member of the FOXHOUND special forces. He has been outfitted with a cybernetic exoskeleton and prosthetic limbs to increase his prowess in battle. Though trained to be effective with all types of weaponry, Raiden is particularly adept at wielding swords which resonate at high frequencies, cutting through enemies with surgical precision.

- Level 1 – Thunder Handstand Slash: Raiden performs a handstand spin-kick with his sword held by his foot, slicing through any nearby enemy.
- Level 2 – Zan Datsu: Raiden performs his Zan Datsu attack which freezes nearby opponents that wander into his space and allows Raiden to slash them multiple times to defeat them.
- Level 3 – Boxed In: Raiden’s opponents are trapped in cardboard boxes. After Raiden closes his ninja mask, Raiden can then proceed to slash open the boxes to find the other players and eliminate them.

Cole MacGrath went from being a simple bike messenger to the saviour of Empire City. Given powers from an exploding Ray Sphere, Cole has the ability to store, control, and unleash electricity in a variety of powerful ways. The electricity running through his body gives Cole enhanced strength, agility, durability and reflexes as well as a fast healing factor. On the path of good, Cole is a selfless hero who uses his powers to battle evil and injustice throughout the city.

- Level 1 – Kinetic Pulse– Cole uses electromagnetism to pick up the enemy and throw them across the stage. Any fighters who come into contact with the projectiled character will be KOed along with the thrown character.
- Level 2 – Ionic Freeze– Cole unleashes a wave of ice spikes that take out any enemies in the way.
- Level 3 – Ionic Vortex– Cole uses Ice Launch to fly to the foreground of the stage, enabling him to sweep the stage using a large tornado while in a over-the-shoulder view.

Granted dangerous new abilities by the Ray Sphere, Cole is consumed by a thirst for more power, however it can be gained. His remorseless and single-minded path shapes his powers toward the sinister and destructive, turning him into a shell of his former self. Indeed, his increase in power comes at a cost to his opponents, as he sucks the life out of others to heal himself more quickly.

- Level 1 – Kinetic Pulse– Evil Cole uses electromagnetism to pick up an enemy and throw them across the stage. Any fighters who come into contact with the projectiled character will be KO’d along with the thrown character.
